1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of soidtechnologiesltd.com (the "Website"), operated by SOID Technologies Limited (RC 9848284), 12 Ayoola Street, Oworonshoki, Lagos State, Nigeria ("SOID", "we", "us"). By using the Website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. What the Website is for
The Website provides information about SOID, our products and our services. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a binding quotation, or professional, legal, financial or investment advice. Any engagement with us is governed by a separate written agreement.
3. Our products and third-party sites
Products such as SoidPay are operated under their own terms and privacy notices, which apply to anyone using them. The Website may link to third-party sites; we do not control their content or practices and are not responsible for them.
4. Illustrative content
The payment simulator, terminal output, platform diagram, code samples and API examples on this site are illustrations only. They use simulated data, do not process real payments, and do not describe a live service, endpoint or SDK unless we say so. Figures shown are descriptive of our company today or, where marked, targets rather than guarantees.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Website unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or related systems, or to probe, scan or test their vulnerabilities without our written permission;
- interfere with or overload the Website, or introduce malware;
- scrape or copy the Website in bulk, or use automated tools to submit forms;
- submit false, misleading or abusive information through the contact form.
If you have found a security issue, please tell us responsibly at hello@soidtechnologiesltd.com.
6. Intellectual property
The Website, including its text, design, graphics, code and the SOID name and logo, belongs to SOID Technologies Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Website for personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Product names such as SoidPay and After Amen belong to their respective owners.
7. Your submissions
Information you send through the contact form is used as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential or sensitive data through the form. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we do not treat enquiries as confidential, and sending one does not create a client relationship.
8. No warranty
We work to keep the Website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOID Technologies Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Changes to the Website and these terms
We may change or withdraw parts of the Website and update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country.
