2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, optionally your company, and the content of your message. If you email us directly we also receive whatever you choose to send.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider processes standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this website.
Stored in your browser
We save your light or dark theme preference in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
3. How and why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible project (legitimate interest, and steps you ask us to take before entering a contract).
- To run and secure the website, including preventing spam and abuse (legitimate interest).
- To meet legal obligations and keep sensible business records.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making. We will only send you marketing if you have agreed to receive it, and you can opt out at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We use the following service providers (processors) to operate the site and handle enquiries. They process data on our instructions and under their own security commitments:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, content delivery, security and email routing.
- Brevo: sending the email that carries your form submission to us.
- Google (Gmail): receiving and storing our email, including your enquiry.
- Google Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google, which means your browser contacts Google's servers and your IP address is visible to them.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer, in each case with appropriate safeguards.
5. International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside Nigeria. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we rely on safeguards required by the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, such as the provider's contractual commitments and security standards.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting relationship, and afterwards only as long as reasonably necessary for our business records, legal obligations or defence of legal claims. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are sent over encrypted connections, access to our mailbox is restricted, and we use industry-standard authentication on our email domain. No internet service is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information, such as passwords or card details, through the contact form.
8. Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you have rights that include:
- to be informed about, and to access, the personal data we hold about you;
- to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- to request deletion, or restriction of processing, in certain circumstances;
- to object to processing, including direct marketing;

- to withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it.
